Lee Hancock for Clallam County Assessor

I believe public office is a position of service and stewardship. I am running for Clallam County Assessor to help make the office as efficient as possible while providing the public with fair, knowledgeable and respectful service.

I have worked in the Assessor's office for 16 years and currently serve as the lead appraiser.  Prior to joining the office, I worked in mortgage banking, real estate finance, and residential construction.  I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University with an emphasis in finance and economics.

My family and I have called Clallam County home since 2007. In my free time I enjoy home improvement projects, working on classic 1970s and 1980s vehicles with my son, fishing with my daughter and maintaining our hobby farm with my wife. We enjoy the rural lifestyle that makes this community such a great place to live.
